  The other day I was returning a tablet that wasn't working and in the process of getting a replacement. I decided to cash my check at City National Bank. During the process I was greeted by Randell and Knikki. They were extremely helpful,nice and courteous. I explained to them I already have a bank account with U.S. Bank and I was having trouble with my debit card due to the chip was broken and giving me headaches at the POS terminals. They suggested I open a Bank account with them while keeping my U.S. Bank as well. I thought about it for a lil bit while they were explaining the perks and other details to me. All I can say is their wonderful presentation and attitude sold me right there! I had my new Bank account all set up within 15 minutes. Thank you Randell and Knikki for being awesome!! :)

  I have had several bank accounts, and this is by far the worst banking experience of my life. Absolutely do not recommend City National Bank to anyone dealing with larger amounts than $1,000 deposits. It’s not just this specific bank, the entire City National Bank system is probably 10 years behind on technology.

  The staff at this branch is SO AMAZING, Knikki, Callan, Randell and Esther always provide me with top notch customer service and professionalism. They do such an amazing job that I've followed them to the branch inside of the wal mart on sheridan rd until they return to the wal mart on quanah parker. AMAZING STAFF!!!!

  I’ve been with BancFirst for years, but I recently went into city national not expecting to get an account, but once I stepped in I was instantly greeted by a very big man I believe his name was Justin. He was very very helpful and very polite. Customer service was top notch!!!

  I’ve been banking with City National bank for 12 years now. Great experience and very pleasant employees. Justin Freese always go above and beyond our expectations. He makes sure he resolves our issues or find a way to help.

  I don’t have an account with City National Bank, but I just wanted to write this review on the service I received there a few days ago, the young lady there named Leslie Philips she was very courteous and nice to me, I appreciated that, because most of the time you use a bank that you don’t have an account there they treat you very rudely and make you feel very unwelcomed , I just want to say thank you City National for having a person like her working there Leslie’s Service makes me want to reconsider where I bank at. Thank You .

  Great location...EXCELLENT customer service provided Branch manager Leslie Phillips. She is knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and always greets with a smile. City National should be thankful for her service!

  Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. Lots of smiles- even tho they are hard to see behind the masks. Eyes tell it all- especially Knikki!
