  I have had 3 different vehicle loans here at City Credit Union in Gainesville. Connie and Jennifer extremely helpful every time I go to the branch. Both of them are very knowledgeable with their many years of experience. In fact one year Connie got the “You Rock Award” over all the other employees in all the City Credit Union branches in North Texas. Every year when I ask for the interest accrued on my vehicles for my tax person they don’t mind at all and get it printed out for me. Connie and Jennifer are amazing and I thoroughly enjoy banking there.

  I've been banking here for several years now. The Gainesville Branch is the absolute best. Jennifer and Connie are always friendly, always quick, and competent. The small town atmosphere and personal experiences is what makes City Credit Union my favorite!

  I HATE Banks! Cold, impersonal, unhelpful - most act as if they are doing you a favor by handling your money - w/out the favors! But I LOVE CCU!! Connie and the girls are very personable, caring, eager to help with any financial need, Great interest rates on loans - and friendly service. I've been banking with CCU for 8 years now and couldn't be more pleased!

  I’ve been using City Credit Union since I was in my early twenties, way back when they were Cicost Credit union. I recently moved to Gainesville and was super excited to hear there was a branch here in town. It’s not their mother branch, closest one is in Sherman so you can’t make any changes to your account here at the Gainesville branch, but it makes it a really convenient place to deposit or withdraw cash. Friendly staff who are always helpful.

  I love this bank, the low rates, the ease of mind whenever I walk in or call. Connie and Jennifer are extremely nice ladies. They are informative, funny and easy to talk to. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and very comfortable, thank you city credit union and especially Connie and Jennifer you girls rock

  I have been using City Credit Union in GAINESVILLE for 9 years. Always friendly and helpful. I run my business account through them and have to say Mary Ann Pyron is the most awesome person handling my account. I have never had an issue that she wasn’t able to help me with. Nothing she can’t handle. Thanks City CU for people like Mary Ann!!!

  City credit union in Gainesville is amazing. Connie refinanced my truck and saved me over 100$ a month. All the staff is always very helpful and courteous!
