  Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We went in to open an account , did all the paperwork got our account numbers and online access. We made deposits into both savings and checking accounts to open them. What we were never told was that we did not really have an account until the powers that be approve it. So they took our money and deposited it an account that did not really exist. When there was a problem did anybody call , NO of course not they mailed paperwork to an address we told them we would not be moving into for another month. This institution has a LOT to learn about customer service my advise would be to avoid this bank and go to one where they put your money into an account that really exists.

  Not all but a good portion of the workers especially the manager very ignorant and arrogant. Make you feel like they're better than you whenever you go there to do business. Went there to cash a check at the drive-thru and they never even put the money in an envelope they just stuck it in the drawer. Hard for some of them to say good morning or hello

  This is the only bank I've ever been to that won't make change. I had a $100 bill and needed 2 $50s. They just couldn't do it. When I tried to leave out the door labeled "EXIT" I found it was locked and told I needed to leave through the side door. Not sure who runs this Mickey Mouse operation, but it's ridiculous. I've never been to a bank that wouldn't change monies, regardless of whether I was a customer or not. I'm not a customer of FNCB either but when I went there after this joke of an establishment they happily helped me and wished me a good day. I'm not a Citizens customer and most definitely never will be. What an absurd and stupid policy.
