  Been with this Carthage branch bank for 18+ months, absolutely love it! My dad and grandma both bank here as well and has never had any problems. Customer service is 10/10! Definitely recommend!

  Where can I start, I opened a account with this bank I work alot and wass't paying to close attention to my account, other then the fact that it seemed like every time I made a transaction it would take double. I made over 78,000 thousand dollars last. And I was robbed and this bank allowed it to happen. Because every time I would try to dispute transactions the bank would not allow me to do so. Because I was always out of town working they said I couldn't dispute over the phone, or wouldn't even call me back. So now as I have looked through numerous of transactions I ask myself why would this bank allow me on hundreds of transactions to make purchases with my only card on same days make purchases in MS. CA, IA. And that's just a start. And this types of transactions happened all through out the year. And I know you can't be in 2 or 3 or 4. States at the same time. I have feeling I know who was stealing from me but I'm not naming names. But this bank allowed this person to do it. Shouldn't the bank had caught this, I would think so which leads me to think the bank manager was in on it. Seeing how she wouldn't allow me to dispute any transactions.

  The absolute worst bank! No fraud protection, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CLOSE ANY ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK.
