  Always something with this bank, had a couple times of deposits not going thru and me having to wait days for my money while they have to get video proof of me coming in, putting holds on my cards without letting me know even with sufficient funds in the bank. Often rude on the phone and the hours never match online hours for main branches.

  Convenient location. It's inside the Kroger's on Wears Valley Road. No drive thru. Bummer. Good banking hours. Great for those of us who work 9 to 5. Update: They have remodeled this CNB. It's very nice!

  The hours are the only thing convenient about this bank. They are overly strict on their policies.. They are too difficult to deal with. Many other great (smarter) banks in town!!
