  Bank is fine but online access is not very good. My logins only work a few weeks, then fail and have to reset passwords or call them. Got my mortgage through them but it has since been sold to BOA. Lobby was closed on my recent visit due to covid. Drive up was open but only 2 lanes.

  I have had this bank and only this bank since I turned 18 years old. I have never had any problems whats so ever. I have always been treated kindly when I walk through the door. Also a few of the ladies even remember me personally. I recommend to anyone. Love these guys!

  Been with Citizens over 15 years, love this bank! Had camper and auto loans, in addition to 4 current accounts. They have always taken great care of our needs.

  This bank is by far the best I've ever experienced. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide an excellent customer service experience. I would recommend them to anyone, regardless of your banking needs.

  I have been extremely impressed with Mike Schwartz as a commercial lender. As a bank, they lack some flexibility in business loans where the business is based on accounts receivable, but for commercial real estate, not only are they competitive, but they are reasonably fast and affordable. Definitely would use Mike Schwartz at Citizen's again.

  Brent Gallup was great at advising me on my loan options. Very honest, straightforward, and professional. I will highly recommend.

  Olly Devo was one of the worst bank representatives I ever talked to at this branch he made my experience awful and i am shutting my account down I cant believe they let aggressive pushy rude people like this guy work at a bank I would think it would be a security risk. I warn anyone who would consider opening an account here to not warning DO NOT work with this bank awful representatives not willing to work with oyu what so ever.

  Very good bank, great service fast and easy very convient like all the banks in the world sometimes you have to wait lol. All in all a good bank.

  I waited over half an hour to open a simple checking account. I gave up and left. This bank needs more staff.
