  I just completed my closing on a mortgage that I did with Citizens Commerce here in Versailles. Stephanie Perry was absolutely amazing. She was on top of the whole process and was super responsive. We ended up with a 25-day close and I can't recommend Stephanie enough!

  Normally this is a good bank, friendly and helpful staff. The last experience I had was awful. I drove over there from the next county over just to change my mailing address. The woman who waited on me took my name and address that was it. I waited for her to change it in the computer but she looked at .me and asked anything else. I said I'm sure there is more than 1 person with that name, so she wrote down my social security number. I received my bank statement in the mail a week and a half later still addressed to my old address. Now I'm going to have to drive back over there with the high cost of gas.

  I love this bank. Very friendly people that are usually very helpful Have helped us out a couple times with a few things. My issues are: 1. My mom who passed away had an online account where she could see the financial info & I'm pretty sure i remember the USN & password but it wants me to answer a security question i don't know the answer to so i can't get in... then i downloaded the mobile app & made my own account with my card i got around February 2018... now it claims the USN &/or password i know is correct is wrong & wants me to answer a security question i don't remember choosing as one of my questions to get in 2. I like that a real person always answers the phone from my experience, but they also need a WORKING automated system to check your balance & stuff after hours... when i pressed the automatic system option while calling after hours it basically said it didn't recognize my request :( Other than that awesome, helpful bank

  Awful experience with this bank. The president is very old school and does not like young people. If you don’t like discrimination then don’t bank here.
