      The team at this branch is always so helpful and willing to help me. This is a small branch not a full service bank and they are always suuuuper busy assisting everyone so if you are in a rush; be realistic and patient. I love going to this branch for any of my needs!       The banker I was dealing with had no idea what he was doing with my AUTO PAYOFF, he asked me to sign the back of the CHECK TO CITIZENS..! The manger, Sue, just sat off behind the teller line and did NOTHING to help him when she easily could've helped me instead of me sitting there for a HOUR to do a single payoff. Management does nothing to help train or assist employees.
