  I always go there on Wednesday because that is when I get paid. It is difficult for me to walk so I went to the drive-thru today. It was 2:30 p.m. and I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes. The poor teller keep apologizing. Apparently there were many customers inside. This is unacceptable! The Manager should be assisting. Or hire more employees! I have been banking here for 10 yrs. Never had an awful experience like this here. I hope it improves.

  Wish I could give no stars this branch is horrible. These woman are clueless & flat out lie to your face. The professionalism is appalling. Thank god for corporate/phone customer servuce who appologize for the branches misinformation & will mail you a check to close your account. Do not trust these woman!

  Never had any issues with citizens and super love that their parking lot got redone!

  Tellers and managers are very friendly. Located in a convenient place and their small business products are great.
