      Natasha A with Pelham , NH Branch , really changed my experience with Citizens bank. I have had nothing but, issues and bad interactions with many customer service representatives. I went into the branch yesterday and spoke with Natasha and she was so kind and helpful and took her time to explain and helped me understand.
