  I don't know what's happening with customer service with a smile but your losing it at this branch! I used to love coming in and knowing there was an understanding staff member there willing to go above and beyond. Today I had a pretty serious issue that yes I could have prevented but due to having sepsis and other serious health issues I've been a little absent minded. Now the issue had happened once before but the lady who helped me last time I believe her name was either angel or Andie anyway she made sure to fix my mistake and hunt down my check so it would process into my account. This time I could feel the eyes rolling through the telephone call and I felt the person didn't want bothered. My husband went up to the branch to fix the issue we could and he even felt the lady was just annoyed to have to deal with us.... So after being with this same bank all these years sadly we are considering leaving!! Today was stressful enough I didn't need to feel like I was just an annoyance! I also could have used the extra care angel gave to me during this time...

  Well I applied 2 times now for the PPP loan and was denied 2 times ..due to my credit score... I haven't worked since October 25,2020. And had my payments deferred. But my credit score went from 625 and now is like 525 or lower .. It's sad since SBA does require a credit check for PPP loan. And just started getting PUA unemployment. Last week.. so I attached from the SBA below the requirements. Jan 8, 2021 — As far as formal requirements go, there is no credit score requirement you must meet in order to qualify for a PPP loan.   I opened an account about a year ago don’t know why because I never used it. All I ever did was pay the $5 a month fee when I forgot a couple months they charged me overdraft fees because their fees caused me to overdraft. So wrap your head around that they charged me fees for their fees causing an overdraft totaling $160 by the time I received a piece of mail. I have 3 other accounts at different banks never had a problem never overdrew once. Also have CDs and 1,000s in other accounts I’m glad I never put my money in citizens.

  This location always has an out of order ATM machine. I take a picture every time bc it’s absurd that it’s down more than it’s working. I usually call to make sure it works before I go but they close at 4 and I’m (like most people) still at work so I can’t get there to go inside. Nothing worse then when u have bills coming out and u can’t deposit money to pay them. Super inconvenient.
