  This bank is very organized. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Even if they don’t know the answer to a situation or a question they ensure that they will find the answers accurately. This saves me a lot of time and frustration. They take health precautions very seriously which makes for a better experience because I feel safe. Although they take their time with me they were also very efficient in not having me wait or others. A happy balance of customer service and effective banking. I thoroughly enjoy my banking experience there...

  It is unfortunate that I must say for this branch to have such a diverse staff, they racially profile. I have had on more than 1 occasion experienced profiling from 1 certain teller. The customer experience is poor quality, the assistant manager tried to gaslight me with excuses of why it should not be considered racial profiling. As a woman who is mixed race it is apparent the staff does not like or trust any customer who looks Black to have access to their own money.

  Branch is very well organized, the entire team works great together. I explained my situation to the greeter and she communicated to the staff in the back with no need to repeat my scenario multiple times. I was in and out very quick, which during COVID times is very comforting to know you won't be waiting for too long. They also follow the social distancing on the line very seriously, just don't forget to wear a mask.

  Branch Manager was friendly and professional. Her entire team was helpful and confident. In these troubling times it was a welcome relief. Thank you From an upset customer who left happy!

  This is the worst bank going. You can't reach the branch and it asks you for an account number 100 times before putting you through to a person on their 800 number. You ask for the safety deposit box hours and they give you the branch hours which should be the same as the box but are not. They have limited hours you can get to the box, they make everything hard. They also do business with terrorists. If you can bank elsewhere I would suggest it, just to save your piece of mind.

  Branch has been extremely helpful in servicing clients durning such a different moment in our country. They are dedicated, friendly and warm.

  Nobody seems to know what they are doing at this branch. Opened a checking account and they didn't order checks despite being told explicitly to do that, not to mention checks are part of a checking account. Then asked them to link accounts and it took them over an hour in the branch to figure out how to do that. C'mon, this is BASIC everyday banking stuff, not rocket science.

  Been coming here for years. The staff have always been personable and sufficient. The only negative experiences I’ve had have been with awful and nasty customers.

  I’ve been coming here for sometime. Staff is friendly, attentive and provides fast great service. No complaints.
