  We deal a lot with this branch in our business. From the tellers to the personal bankers they always make it happen. Our personal banker Lea always makes sure to go above and beyond to get us answers quickly. We have a fast pace business and can't wait days on end like some banks. Citizens Bank has and will have our business for years to come with their honest and quick service!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! LAURA 'LEA' SPERLE WAS NOT FRIENDLY AND VERY UNINFORMED. LEA SPEARLE SHOULD CONSIDER TAKING AN ETHICS CLASS. SHE CLEARLY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG BEHAVIOR. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS LOAN, BEWARE!! ONE SHOULD BE CONCERNED WITH A BANKER THAT DOES NOT PRESENT HERSELF WITH HER LEGAL NAME, LAURA SPERLE!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSBILE

  Unhappy with the bank. Employees are rude and their policies are anti-customer. The bank fails to disclose important information to consumers and when they make mistakes, they pass the buck and blame other third party companies.

  Terrific bank. They get to know their customers. This is the great small town bank that used to be the norm years ago. Excellent customer service.
