This is the BEST bank and BEST group of gals I've ever dealt with. They are friendly, they make me feel welcome ALWAYS!!!! Ive only lived here going on 4 years and they have never treated me like an outsider. When I first moved here I banked at Banterra. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The woman who was the branch manager was AWEFUL!! Ive left there on several occasions and even though I had DIRECT DEPOSIT she would make me wait sometimes 4 days before I could have it. My stomach would be in knots knowing I had to go up there. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and someone reccomend Citizens Bank to me. Was THE BEST decision I made moving there.
