  Located in an outlot in front of Home Depot, this branch offers a drive-up ATM, a lobby ATM, and full service from tellers and bankers. The bank is open on Saturdays. Handicapped parking is available next to the front door. When I've needed assistance, the tellers and bankers have been professional and efficient.

  I have been to this location three times and each time I have had rude staff. I am not able to get the change I need. On my visit today the teller expressed her anger when making my deposits. I called my store to check in change and she decided that it would be a good idea to join in my conversation which was even more rude. This bank sucks. I will be going out of my way so I don’t have to deal with the rudeness and attitudes and also be able to get what I need. I give no stars to this place except the site makes you give at least one but trust me they don’t deserve it.

  A elderly lady walked in before myself with concerns of the changes to her account. I believe the lady she was speaking with name was Tonja who had zero patience for her. The lady did continue to state her name after she was asked for ID however the question could have been asked again after she finshed speaking instead of being cut off. The lady was coming to close her account and I’m sure this experience did not help change her mind.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE TELLERS! The teller Patricia has a terrible attitude and very unpleasant for starters. She also deposited my money in someone else’s account! When I called she could care less. Didn’t even apologize and put me on hold for 10 minutes. And said I had to come up to speak to manager to fix her mistake. They are very rude and horrible service and incompetent. This is actually the second time something like this has happened. Avoid this bank and teller.

  Been in there twice to open an account the personal Banker named Sal had no clue what or how to proceed with this request. Each time was a horrible experience . I will not be back I wish they would of kept the wonderful staff at the Kroger store down the street

  I opened an account here many years ago and no longer live in the area. I called to complete activities via phone and the person that answered refused to actually listen to my problem and the various solutions that I already tried and ultimately hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Terrible bank.

  Personnel are friendly and familiar with the bank's products. Often time no waiting for teller.

  I deposit money to pay bills and they froze the money on my account until 3 days later because it was a "holiday"
