  Only open 9am to 4pm so basically anyone that works for a living can never do any banking unless it's online banking. Absolutely no reason to use them for a bank at that point. Will be switching to a credit union real soon

  We are a business account that uses citizens bank. The branch manager is very stuck up and arrogant. You get the vibe that she feels better than you. When ever she’s the bank teller it’s a bad experience and it’s always a trip I return feeling worse than when I walked in. You feel her judging you as you walk in. I never have an issue with Gina or Joanne they are awesome but the branch manager just ruins the mood In there and is the reason why I’ll never personally bank with citizens and my boss is working on changing banks.

  I always have trouble getting quarters from the branch manager for the place I work. Even though we have reduced to getting quarters once a week there she would much rather waste my time making me go back the next day to get more. I only have issues with her about it .

  I had a bunch of unauthorized transactions this past month and they honored there policy to correct fees charged, it was stress free and the lady at the bank was very kind and understanding! I like my bank!

  Had an amazing experience opening my wife's and I first bank account we were assisted by a young women named chaffon with an amazing upbeat personality and she was very easy going and easy to understand. Definitely glad to be part of this bank!

  Don’t bother, drive to Concord and you’ll get faster service. They keep a single actual banker on at a time so if anyone needs a banker before you they’ll take their sweet time and ignore you.

  Issue after issue this year (2021) with our bankcard. Not the easiest thing to have replaced multiple times.

  I live in town and can't even get quarter to do laundry in town. Ridiculous!
