Isaura Garcia1Tried withdrawing money from my account, was asked for ID, personal information, even my social security number and was denied to take money out of my account because they don’t know me. I’m a customer, I’m not your friend. You are not supposed to “know me”, I had my debit card, driver license, social security, even showed the “manager” transactions on my mobil app on my phone but I guess it was not enough proof. Very unprofessional. Good thing this isn’t my regular branch. Very disappointed
