  Came in for a simple transaction prior to them closing, and they told us that they were going to close soon so that we should go to another bank that was an additional twenty minutes away. If they actually listened to our request they probably could have provided us the information that we needed, we ended up going home and being able to figure out how to do it online. Maybe next time listen to what the customer is saying and there might be a simple solution versus just sending away customers. Really grinded my gears.

  Bank said it closed at 4. I'm a frontliner at a nursing home riddled with covid. I get out at 2 30, go home and shower and get to the bank at 3 30 to be signaled from the inside that I am denied entery. Just thanks. I have bills to be paid and duties to be upheld as do you.

  If you are going to close earlier than what’s posted on the window and door, you should state so. I went at 12.45 n bank was closed. No sign stating changing hours or anything.
