      I love this branch everyone is usually so helpful and work hard to respect your time by getting you in and out timely but today Terrence and Karrah were exceptional. They were professional and courteous working as a team to get the window and lobby customers in and out. Unlike Rafaad who not only seemed unwilling to jump in help the team he seemed discourteous to his team. I usually give 5 stars to this location. I love this branch.

      My problem with citizens Bank , not this branch I have deposit my check and it been 10 days and the check still on hold . They can not cancel the check so i can go to cash it with my other bank and they can not do nothing to process it . Now I am late on payment because of them and i do not know when they will process it. I will never do business with them . Worst bank ever .
