  We are a local business who has banked with citizens for over two decades. We rely on the services they provide to run our business. For 7 months we have been making the mistake on banking with this branch location. Anytime we go for change for our business they never have it. Imagine a bank that doesn’t carry change and sometimes singles for 7 months. It’s frustrating when we hold all our our personal and business accounts with them. New management needed. We have been slowly transitioning to dedham savings and probably should have stuck with a local bank who supports our community from the beginning.

  The Dedham citizens team is amazing!! If you need a local bank in Dedham, MA they are the bank for you! Lobbys are open and the service from these employees is impeccable! :) Always willing to help!

  Best customer service EVER! Made appointment with Yulia Roytberg, she helped me with all my questions, she was knowledgeable about every specific question I had, was very professional! Yulia and Mike stayed late after work hours FRIDAY and guys made a great job, they explained everything properly and I’m very happy that they work there... it’s unusual, but it’s seems like they really care about you, that’s the key. I would recommend this branch to my friends and family, as long this guys work there! Thank you so much!

  Went to open a checking account on a Saturday when they were swamped. They took time away from dealing with the long line of people to make sure our personal banking needs were met. 5/5. Would bank again.

  Terrible bank. Read my review on yelp. They go out of their way to not help. I’m so disappointed with this bank and they’re shady works it’s unbelievable
