      I'm very pleasantly surprised at the professional and personable staff at this bank. I have accounts at three other banks/credit unions and none compare to the folks here.       Citizens is a horrible bank1 If you write your kid a check for his /her birthday they will charge 7 dollars for them to cash it, more if it over a hunderd plus your fingerprints!
