      Live in islip the only close branch is now in Bohemia. Went to the Bohemia branches to resolve a a banking problem,the officer's gave me a phone # to call,why even have officer if they can not help.well I call the HSBC number that they gavr and the representative on the phone told me the branch officers should have help me in the branch in Bohemia. So what do one do.well theris Chasr or TD bank closer to me

      I was super upset after hearing them closing alot of these banks. They closed the one in Southampton and the one in bellport. I really wish they would open one in patchogue again, but anyways I love this bank and have never had any problems no matter which location I went to. When I went to this location the woman there was such a doll...so sweet and nice introducing herself realizing I used one of the locations that closed. I have a credit card with them and I have had someone try to steal money and honestly with all the bills I pay; I didn't realize they called me and noticed for me. They immediately gave me a new card and took off the purchases I didn't make.

      Small, dingy office. The staff wasn't very responsive. I found that odd, as I had just asked about opening an account. MUCH better options only a few blocks away.
