Joseph Walton2Back in 2017 I got a loan here for a brand new Honda CBR, I didn’t have any credit but had just gotten a new job and a large bonus. The loan officer talked to me about my situation and if I was absolutely sure that was wanted and I would pay for it. After discussing everything he gave me an ~$8k loan with no credit check or history, just my word. I recommended this credit union to several friends and family after that. But now in 2022 a year after paying off that original loan I can’t get one for half of that even with higher pay, longer job history, a better credit score. They just asked my name and social, ran a paper and decided no. I liked when they treated you like a person and not a number, it’s a shame the amount they have declined in just a few years. I will be recommending anyone who has an account here move to a different bank or credit union.

Callie Sparks1Well we pulled up through the drive-through line and they took care of the people in front of us. Then we pulled forward as the girls were talking for a least 3 to 4 minutes. Then they came back and told us that they was closed and couldn’t cash our paycheck the day before Christmas Eve. I would not recommend this bank. They have no compassion for people! It would be one thing if we wasn’t in line 10 minutes before they close!!
