  About 10 people in line, only one teller i felt bad for him since the person he was speaking to didnt speak english and was rude. I couldnt wait any longer as my mom was in the car had to leave. I will never return here. I hope Wells Fargo buys this place out since they actually have tellers unlike this place. There was another lady in the back just stacking papers like what was she doing????

  This bank is severely understaffed. They have two tellers majority of time and you have to wait over 20 minutes for service. The majority of their tellers are very nice. They hired a new teller who was so rude to several customers last week it was horrible. You can try to call, ten times in a one day and no answered the phone. Their excuse is that it only rings three times. I have recorded 60 phone calls made to this bank with no answer, 60!! If you have a problem and need help there have been several times there is no one available to help you. Definitely would not bank there for personal or business.

  I'm just using this location for occasional atm so I cant tell about people working in, but please do some cleaning it smell badly like you wuld be surrounded by croud of sweaty people.

  Two days ago. 12/04/2019 I was at the bank to decide on my account. I was very upset I'm amazed bank service is very bad. I stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes to be accepted by the banker. While Menanger and the banker staff were busy eating with the customer. To my comment about their actions Menanger pointedly replied you that do not see that I have a client !!!! . Then I warned that I'm closing my bank account soon. They don't worry about us customers they're all in the back seat. I will honestly say for 10 years to be a customer and see how the service falls and on this close a lot of locations . I do not recommend anyone service in the bank location

  Absolutely horrible bank. Outrageous fees. Terrible customer service. Few locations. I would give it negative stars if possible. If the options are keeping your money here or in a coffee can under you bed, choose the can

  I’ve been going to this bank for 9 years and I seen all the changes. Yes at times they had rude staff and they have became very short staffed as well and even cut some services that should be offered like other Citibank branches but the Bank it’s self is Citibank and that who I bank with, not the people who work there. My only issue is Yes this location needs better branch hours!!!!

  Citi bank has been a hot mess for me I got this insecure card to improve my credit ... and my stalker got into it ... he hot ppl that works at that bank on the phone they refused to change my info over the phone I gotta wait a whole for a letter with a,code when I finally got the letter one of my stalker worker over the phone told me that was the code ... I need to make a payment I can't cause my account is frozen like who's gonna call to make a payment other then the account owner ... they have been messing with my credit that's why they have my account frozen so I can't make payments so my credit score goes down... this ppl been watching me and sharing my info with some fake #fbi agent his last name justis desmo so this dude got tv channel spying on me via my t.v. and fire detectors... this dude is beyond crazy and have all of this company banks and stuff harassing me since he stole my social security number and has been blacklisting from every single bank and every single place I've been trying to do business with.. they watch me through my phone camera and act stupid on this dude behalf like refusing to change my info update that u haven't changed my email address they insist I did and that's a lie that's him that told them that so they give me a hard time ... I'm so tired if this situation where he wants to make me look like I'm stealing my own identity when in fact he is the one who stole my social security number and has been black listing me from every single place every time u call anywhere I am already flagged so they know it's me like where in earth... my account ending number #2873 ... #MLS #copaamerica so the MPS can't do nothing over this apparently... until when I gotta take this psycho messing with my well being and my personal stuff so tired of this situation just because I don't want to sleep with this Cory dude like wth....

  This is the worst Citibank in chicago ...liars thiefs pregedist racest low life skum they harass costumers are rude hardly any staff dirty bank and should all be fired I call corporate on a regular basis ..find a new bank!!.
