  I went in to cash a returned check because of a citibank error. Around $100. The clerk and her manager were behind a glass partition. They kept me standing on the other side a long time while they talked and acted like I was doing something illegal. I would have appreciated an explanation, maybe an apology and prompt response to correct the situation. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go to that branch again. Nor bank with them.

  Always a friendly greeting, by name, and an upbeat atmosphere with the folks behind the glass. I appreciate the personalized experience, much nicer than the typical consumer banks.
