  Over all the worst online customer services ever! I am trying to call and speak to someone, the system repeat the same option of telling my balance and stuff. Finally after one hour I could speak to someone he told me let me transfer to other dept Then again he transferred my lane for eMessages

  Went to this location to deposit money on my account. So today Saturday November 19 2016 they didn't open the bank so I stop on their atm to deposit $50 bill and the money never got into my account do to the ATM just took my money without putting into my account so disappointed. They should get a different manager and stuff that wants to work Saturday and give their atm mantenice. I also call costumer service that day to report my $50 dollar bill hopping that I can get it vmback.

  Whent to the bank and the lady laura martinez so called manager didnt know what to do i think she needed better training and understanding no professionalism. she made me go to another bank because of lack of understanding i am never going to this bank... plus you also have to pay parking like that not enough allready .

  Got there at 4:40, ten minutes later heavy set Hispanic lady informed me that it was to late to open a bank account. I guess it's her Friday. Walked accross the street to chase, had the account open in less than 10 minutes. If you want terrible customer service stay with citi bank, if you want great customer service just walk accross the street to Chase .

  A little hidden. Free parking in the back of the building, have to drive in through Rita street entrance. Quick service. Clean.

  Great service and personnel. I spoke to the manager about a bigger sign so people can see the entrance better, he said he already requested it but they haven't helped him.

  They close to early. Can never do any business cause they cant stay open after 5 and its all of them.
