      In contrast to all the negatives, I’m quite happy with this branch. Management is good, employees friendly. A bit rushed at times but hiring more people would solve that problem. That I am sure is beyond local control. I found the ones there very professional. left US Bank across the street and am here to stay with Manager Jolane Jewell. Thank you.

      Actually, opposed to the negative reviews, this branch was the nearest one (on google) to my home. I arrived and "Mrs./Ms Jewell" was awesome. The wait was barely one minute, with an appointment and I ran 10 minutes late! Mrs./Ms Jewell tended to my issue and made sure it was rectified with my account! My children and I were welcomed and business taken care of. (How are there bad reviews when it's a small town bank and not busy....trolls anyone😉) Thank you Mrs./Ms Jewell, blessings!

      ATMs are down multiple times a month. These people could care less. Citi Bank altogether is great, but this particular branch just doesn’t pull through when needed. Get some new machines already!!!!!!

      So I usually have a wonderful experience but today A teller that I've never seen before she's blonde I went up to her and it was very nice she was very pleasant but then when she handed me my receipt and circled what was left in my bank account she laughed at it. This is the worst experience I have ever had and will not be going back to her while she works. I was completely unexpectable.

      Atms are always out of cash or cant take checks (or both). People are nice though(bit slow) 3 stars
