J.1I had to get a quick notary done and I was told to wait 5-10 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes and then was told to wait another 15 minutes as the teller had a grin on her face. I will never go there again. Overall I'm done with Citi-Bank. They always higher rude employees.

Sandy Schupper3After hours access door to main ATM has a device that requires you to slide your card in that device to unlock the door. On Sunday Dec 8 2019 it did not work for me. Luckily there is also a drive-through ATM. Citibanks's online web site and app usually has "issues" although it is feature-rich, when it works. I frequently have had problems using the Zelle feature on the Citi Online web site on a Mac. I did try Chrome, Firefox and Safari. All had problems, although it WOULD work on my iPhone.

Leonid Shtipler2As I am sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to the customer service representative for 40 minutes, I am also searching the internet on how to properly close my account and move my money elsewhere. Saturday morning being the busiest day of the week and they have only one rep working. To me it constitutes total luck of decent customer service...

Julie Mullaney1I have been banking at Citibank in Mount Kisco for more than 15 years. I am a business owner and the bank is right across the street from me. That is the ONLY reason I go there. The ATM machines are often broken or unable to complete transactions, many of the tellers are inept, management is pathetic (they know less than the tellers) AND who ever heard of a bank that doesn't have a Notary. Although it's inconvenient, I will be changing banks.

Sandra Surace1I have been trying to get someone on the phone for 3 hours, I have sent 2 emails and nobody has gotten back to me. I was in the bank on Saturday and was told my account would ne credited back and it has not been. I was given the card of the women that helped me and the managers card and you can not even leave a voice message. Is every one that busy really?

Brian O'Hara1The manager - Shibe was not friendly and did not help at all, or did not want to help, probably did not know what she was doing. Stay away from them, do not waste your money and time, just go to real banks like BOA or Chase.

Te-Sheng Lin4Cool nice place for banking in the summer. It has lots of ATMs, drive through and free parking on site. Friendly staffs. A cozy place to do your banking.
