  I'm so thankful every time I come to circle pawn.... I'm treated so so great! America, u guys have to visit this store when u come to Houston TX. Don't cheat yourself out of a great experience cause u know your gonna shop and oh Boi, if u need a loan I promise these guys will do their very best to get u the money u need , but if your just looking for a great deal on jewelry, tools,electronics just head down to circle pawn on i-10 and federal rd.   I've seen this place a lot so ive decided to go check it out and they have a lot of great stuff in there. I'll have to come back and buy somethin mainly speakers and and an amp for my car. Plus the staff is nice n cool there. They make you fell right at home.

  If I could give a worse review I would I pawned a paintball marker here with accessories. When I came to pick it back up they only give me the accessories not the gun its self I asked them for the fun and said they lost it that they are looking for it. That they will replace it so i told them I would stay here while they look for the merchandise and after 1hr waiting they tell me to leave that they will call me I told then kindly I'll wait here until they close. I told the lady to just keep the merchandise and replace my gun its self at least they told me no that its not there problem then I requested a manager she's like I'm the manager so I asked to speak to her manager or owner of the facility. She got aggravated told me she was the owner then a man came out the back long hair saying I was being rude and that I needed to leave I told then I wish to stay until closing to find my merchandise. Guy told me in was fat that I needed to leave started yelling at me.

  This is the worst pawn shop ever ! RUDE supervisor , & they just steel your $ there when you pawn personal stuff !!! I will make sure alot of people know y'all such a rip off !!!!!!!

  I have worked in the pawn business for many years “different companies” and I know how some of this bad reviews can happen. Customers try to take advantage of a bad situation and they don’t get their way. Resulting in them getting mad. But as far as my experience they have been great. They carry items out for you. They open the door for you. They give many options to try to help you out. Great service. Love these guys. Thank y’all for all the help. Gotten me out of trouble many time. 😁 rather go to them than who I work for. 3 month loans 6 month layaway.

  I've been coming to this pawn shop for many many years now and I love it. They give me good deals on jewelry and whenever I need to pawn anything they help me out to the best they can. I definitely recommend coming here. They are very friendly here more than other shops around here.

  I go in all the time. The staff is very attentive and polite. They have good prices on their gold and silver. They work with you as much as possible to help you out in any situation. I highly recommend this pawnshop if you’re in the area. 10/10

  !!!!!!!Manager or supervisor was rude and acting like an a hole . I bought a reciprocating saw it started smoking as soon I started using . Took it back 2 hours later , and charged me 30 dollars to swap for another one. After that he was accusing me of trying to cheat him for some money.
