Stephen Jarvis1Horrible Customer Service. This organization is not what a credit union should be. I have been using credit unions since I was able to bank. This organization treats you poorly, speaks to you in a condescending manner and limits your ability to talk to individuals to resolve the situations that arise. It seems they are more interested in spending their money on over priced equipment and services that do not benefit the members. Had I known what I know now, I would have found a better credit union. Final Update: As posted with the Racetrack Road Review. Avoid. This is not a typical Credit Union. Per a conversation as of today they are planning to institute a $1.00 fee for their checking accounts as of Jan 2022. Per the conversation with the individual, I had mentioned reducing their "Apple Store" look of their branches to save money versus taking it from ALL checking accounts on a monthly basis. They should be made to remove their Credit Union Status as CU are supposed to be more community friendly and not charge fees. Be consciously aware of their spending. They can't even make their mobile deposit work, but they are going to charge a monthly fee. Go figure.

My accounts have been messed up had to come Inside to have them fixed by one of the girls that have been there awhile....the new girls at drive thru are so slow, and can't stay off the cell phone ! Sitting for 45 minutes is just CRAZY!

amanda linestorm4Jarod is amazing he's very compassionate and understanding about how hard times are right now! I had a few over draft charges and he took care of them. Some of the other ladies talk to you like your scum and say things like we already refunded you before so we can't do that again! Like your intentionally trying to do this, very sad how some can talk so cruel during these hard times!!
