  Don't waste your time. Always an issue. Wait in different lines to get something done. Minimum 15min wait in line no matter how many in line. Then gotta go to front desk to do something teller won't do. Then back to teller bc front desk doesn't work with money. Update The VP contacted me to inform me they are making changes in the way this situation was handled. It'll be a much better and expedient process. Thank you to Christian Community Credit Union. I appreciated the way you handled my concern.

  CCCU has been there for me and my family when we needed them the most! The call center reps are always so nice and helpful in a quick manner! Brenda Raygoza was amazing and went above & beyond my expectations! She made my auto loan process and absolutely dream of an experience! Thank you CCCU for having such wonderful people that work there and values that have made me a lifetime member! I would give way more than 5 stars if I could!

  Nice to have a refurbished updated credit union. I understand the need and of benefits of closing the Barranca Branch along with the challenges of the covid-19 situation. However you left those that work Monday Through Friday that can only access the credit union on Saturdays out in the cold. Particularly when certain transactions can only be performed over the counter. Did you even take those customers into consideration? BOA, US Bank and other's are open on Saturday albeit from 9 AM to 1 PM. You want to be competitive you say? Not being open on Saturday's even with limited hours is not being competitive. Your Barranca offered those same Saturday hours. Why not do the same at the Lone Hill Location. Yes! I know there are other shared Branches in the area. However none of them offer Saturday over the counter access either. You've list a customer.

It has always been our intention to be available to our members on Saturday as we recognize the added convenience it brings. We are currently working towards opening our San Dimas branch with the same business hours as previously in Covina from 9 a.m. – 1 pm. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated date for those Saturday hours to begin but we are hopeful it will not be too much longer. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused. Members will be notified as to when they can visit a CCCU branch again on Saturday.   Friendly service. Never had any issues. They take great care and are patient with everyone. Only bummer is they're not open weekends but I heard they are trying to change that soon.

  Back when I was up and coming in the career world, I had a cashiering job at Taco Bell and did not make much on my checks. I came to this credit union hoping that I could give them my business as I was impressed at the time with their professionalism. One day after work, I walked into the office and came in to cash my hard earned check and deposit it into my account. I remember the bank manager looking at me like I was trash as I was in my uniform. Unfortunately at the time I guess I had a balance that I owed them [Like I said I did not make a lot of money then.] and I came to cash my check, well the banker went to the manager and asked her a question and the manager said rather loudly that I was in a negative balance and my account was bad and blah blah blah in a derogatory way so that all the other customers could hear. Needless to say, I was embarassed as all other customers looked at me as my business was blabbed so that they all could hear. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I will NEVER bank there again and I've told all my friends about my experience. Next time, treat people and their business with professional tact. Don't embarass your customers. They may be a cashier at Taco Bell, but later on they will grow up to be executives and business owners making 5 times more money and should not be judged based on their circumstances.

  11 September 2013 I am not a member but use it from time to time as a cross agreement patron. I have travelled the world and this is the nicest place of business I have ever experienced. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and professional. Something not so common anymore but it is typical at this place of business. If you can you should join.

  I use this bank because it's a sister bank to my actual bank in Colorado. Everytime I'v gone it's always been professional, respectful, and great customer service. Very clean inside and overall a good experience.

  This Main Bank is closed to the public. Use it's smaller branch at Badillo and Barranca - Covina CA

  Staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like this credit union.
