  I have been a Lakestone customer for over a year. I used their ATM on the morning of August 30th, 2018. I used my Emerald Card to retrieve money from my tax return from the ATM. I counted my money, and forgot to grab my card. I did not drive off. Then I heard a loud beeping coming from the ATM. I went to press return card but it was too late. It said my card had been seized. I went inside the bank. I had my receipt from the transaction, my Driver License and my Social Security Card in my wallet. They refused to give me the card because it was not a Lakestone card. They called it a foreign card and would not get it for me. I now have to call, and pay $30 for a new card to be sent to me via their exprdited service in order to pay my bills a day or two late because Lakestone would not return my card. They offered me no other help or options, and I was very unhappy with how I was treated, and how the situation was handled. I am spending the next few days getting my affairs in order with my company so that I may then come back to Lakestone to close my business account and never EVER do business with them again.

  Ever since it has become Lakestone it has been a hastle and ever changing policies for a business account.

  Closing the down town bank. Will hurt our little town. People won't go to stores because they will no longer be in the area.
