Kelsey Ward3They have some very rude employees. More specifically one brown haired lady that works the drive thru & lobby windows. Very short & had a lot of attitude. Don't bring your negative energy to your workplace when you work with the public.

Elizabeth Foley2Their app has come a long way, but it's still unreliable. I seem to get locked out of it more often than I can successfully login to it. I can never reach anyone when calling to resolve issues or ask a question; I'm on hold for extended periods of time. It's extremely frustrating.

Clarles Lanham4Terrible customer service. The phone representative was rude, kept interrupting me and would not even attempt to address my concerns regarding my account. I have been a member for almost 10 years and have never been treated so poorly. I will be closing all my accounts and do not recommend anyone else to use their services.UPDATED 1/7/2020: Management contacted me and addressed my concerns as well as repremanded the individual who was rude to me.
