  My experience with Cherry Creek Mortgage was nothing short of incredible. Yolanda and her team made us feel safe and secure with each step of the process. She was very detailed in explaining what and why things were happening. We really feel like our best interest was always being placed first. She was very informative on how the loan would work end explained in detail when we had questions. From the initial application to funding and closing, Yolanda made sure we were informed and taken care of. Her entire team at the Riverside office made it an enjoyable experience and we will most definitely be using them in the future.

  Nancy and Yolanda are the best! They made the process simple and easy. They took care of everything. Yolanda would ask for documents, l would provide them and the process kept moving along. They do their job with care and concern and treat you like family. They want you to have a house as much as you want to have a house. They explain everything and answer all your questions, even if you ask the same question over. They are patient, diligent and detailed. They don’t miss a thing.   We opened escrow on our first home with another lender. A lender deserving of the worst lender of the year award. Didn't answer our questions. Changed the type of loan on us without asking or telling us. Would not help us at all. Pretty much expected to sit back and not do anything for us and still get paid. Long story short, I was referred to Nancy and Yolanda by a friend and thank goodness he did. They were a world of a difference. Actually we're eager to help us with any questions we had, offered to see if they could help with a better rate or show us what kind of numbers we were working with. All before we even talked about switching to them. Being new to the market, we didn't know what implications switching lenders "mid escrow" would have. They were very helpful with their experience, knowledge and perseverance they were able to have the sellers negotiate and work with us to switching over to them. After the switch it was nothing but smooth sailing and immediately cut the unnecessary stresses away. Pretty sure we would've missed out on that home without them and their team at Cherry Creek mortgage. And they were excited the entire time to help salvage our escrow process.
