  My husband and I recently closed on a new house and Claude was our loan officer. He made sure everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. Our attorney even commented that he has never worked with a loan officer that had everything so organized and buttoned up. We couldn’t be happier with Claude! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs to apply for a mortgage or who wants to refinance. We have gone to him for years and intend to with any future needs as well!

  We made the mistake of initially using a big bank for our lending needs. Not only was the customer service lacking but deadlines continued to be missed with little sense of urgency on their end. We finally decided to reach out to Claude, a familiar face within the St. Charles Chamber family, and couldn't have been happier! Claude did in a couple of weeks what the big bank couldn't get done in months. Claude's knowledge, expertise, and personal approach eased what had been a stressful process.
