      A great place to bank, although it is Huntington now. Still has the Chemical Bank feel and employees. They always are taking great care of my account in the best way they can! Many tellers are bilingual as well

      What happened? Good bank and good service, now they are Huntington Bank ? They had the lowest loan rates and easiest loan process of any bank.

      Friendly, nice mix of people.different ethnic back grounds all work together to please and communicate with the diverse,people that go there. A great bank staff that is knowledgeable,that seems to work,for the neighbor hood.only fault is they still work in $8.00 bank drafts.so do not go there for money orders.would work out great for for them. Because of paying bills,with a mail box across the street.

      Every other chemical bank I've been to especially jenison is amazing! For some reason this one has SOME employees that weren't taught hospitality, they are kind of rude, act like they don't have time for you and for some reason it takes 5 min to get a hello when going through the drive through. Not the first time. Hopefully they try and fix this location.

      They took to long and they were not very friendly. The racist and wouldn't cash a check because it was to much.. if that's the amount people make at their job that is none of thier business. Must be sad a Mexican makes more than you do...

      Very slow service. The slowest window service I've ever had to sit thru. I probably sat there for about 15 minutes maybe more.

      Worse bank ever. If you go threw the drive threw, bring a lunch. Everything is paper like 20 years ago.
