  After an hour long process, since nobody onsite can make a decision, they declined to cash a postal money order which they were going to charge 8.5 percent to cash. You're better off ANYWHERE else.

  As soon as I came in I was greeted with a smile. The staff was wonderful a nd very attentive. Helped me get everything sorted. And the time was only 10 minutes
