      Terrible customer service. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes if you need to speak to a bank person (non-teller) they aren't really interested in helping you; understaffed, people on staff are poorly managed. You have people helping people (opening up accounts and trying generate new business) and others doing nothing (because it's not their department or area of expertise). I wish complete self banking was possible, visiting branches has become a nightmare and on-line help (outsourced overseas) is a waste of time.

      People in the bank do not want to help. I love chase as a bank but I wish I was able to self manage entirety so I didn't need the help of people who do not want to give it.

      I received a personal check from my previous landlord for the return of my security deposit and brought it to this location, and the teller acted like she didn't want to be bothered by me because I didn't have an account with them. This experience made me not like Chase banks at all. Plus... of course they gave me a hard time and never cashed the check. Terrible customer service.... I recommending going to another bank.

      This branch makes me want to leave chase for TD or Wells Fargo. I lost my debit card and needed a new one. I went to this branch and when I went inside all of the teller windows have a sign that to be help I have to go to the back corner where the drive thru tellers are. So I go to the back where I’m told I have to be helped by one of the people who sits at the desk and for me to wait at the chairs. So I patiently wait and most of the people seem to be helping customers except for the gentleman who’s desk is closest to the waiting area. Now at this point I should mention that I’m 32 years old and look young and since it was my day off I was wearing normal clothes. Now I may be young but I have a good job in IT and make good money and have multiple accounts with chase. So the gentleman at the desk closest to waiting area is on the phone on a personal call with a friend being loud and obnoxious. He sees me and does not acknowledge me and continues on his personal call. After about 10 minutes he wraps it up and begrudgingly approaches me. I tell him I lost my card and he says all he can do is order one that I’ll get in 5 business days. I explained to him that I could do that all for the app but I didn’t want to wait and I know other banks can print new ones on the spot. And when I first opened account at this same chase they issued me a card on the spot. He dismisses me completely and I leave annoyed. The people were rude and apparently don’t understand that I can close my accounts and go to a dozen different banks.

      Very bad service! I was waiting 30 minutes for the banker to open an account . And after 30 minutes banker came and said I have to go for lunch. And she told me to come any other time . She thinks we don’t go to work and we have enough time to waist in bank . Worst experience ever !
