      Need to walk in and sign one form maybe takes 20 seconds multiple people sitting there but I guess you’re they are not technically bankers so you can’t get it done you have to wait for the other person who is scheduled out for four hours. Make sure your schedule ahead of time even if you’re signing one form it has one signature because no one else can apparently do it. Mind you I can buy $1 million property, wire 100k from my smart phone using docusign but I can’t sign this piece of paper except for in person and only with the banker because this is 2021 and that’s how we do things

      Excellent customer service. Employees are extremely helpful. Would reccomend them to everyone. Tony Little my banker called me right after surgery to check on me. Will never use any other bank. These guys have taken care of me since I opened my account 3 years ago

      Excellent first experience here today making a deposit into someone else’s account. I used the drive through and it is very nice and very clean. The entire exterior was new looking. The teller was prompt and got me in and out quickly. I will certainly continue to go here anytime I need to visit a Chase.

      Bad people skills. Not helpfull to say. They hold checks for contractors an no one takes responsibility. Big and ego. Just use cashapp. Horrible experience

      I called with a questions re: appt need 2 open an act. A kind lady named Brandy was polite and helpful. I could feel her customer service attitude and I appreciate that. I called one of your other offices that is 10 minutes away and AUTOMATION said all busy... close another#...CLICK

      Great, professional service by Manager Dion Foley and staff at Chase on SouthShore and League City Parkway. Dion, Francis and Jason always take care of any problem; plus take time to ask if there is anything else they can do. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS!! Love these guys!! 🤗❤️🤗

      I have been a customer with chase for 4 years with both a mortgage loan and savings account. Since they have automated this branch, it has been nothing less than a disaster. When you walk in you have two machines to walk to. But wait, they can only handle certain things. So, the 5 workers standing by their cubicles are twittling their thumbs. I head for the back teller down a hallway to the right...over 17 people are waiting. (the teller is also handling the outdoor business). It seems the machines can't handle a LOT of the transactions. So the cubical people start at the end of the line to ask what their needs are....still not able to help but never get to the people in front of the line that have been there over 20 minutes!!!! Finally the gentleman in front of me stands out and announces to the line of people that our lives and time are much valuable than this treatment ..I'm closing my account he stated. As he got to the teller, she said, "sorry, I cannot do that transaction here." Really!!!! I complain to the manager after three others. She pulls out the computer screen and wants me to type out the complaint. REALLY?!!!! I'm talking to you as a manager..You can type it out.! She said they would call me. Never did. Refinanced my mortgage last week and now I'm closing all other accounts. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! DO NOT use CHASE!!!!

      I 110% would not recommend this location. Staff is nice but never on time. Said they opened at 11 online didn’t show up til 11:15am they were not able to help me when I misplaced my wallet because my Apple Pay through THEIR app was not working. Like I said some of the staff is nice enough but not reliable.

      The only problem of chase is every time you call for a question no one will answer their phone.everytime. I am with them for so many years but you can’t get anybody body to answer your phone call or answer your needs.i hated it.for me that’s negligence of your customers
