  Every week, I visit this branch for a business deposit. Joanna Gajdur has been the best part of my experience there. She is professional, helpful and truly cares about me and my business. Joanna always asks if there is anything else she can help me with to better my visit. I appreciate her welcoming presence and smile, even under a mask. Chase Bank is lucky to have her as an employee!

  We work with Mehul Patel at this location and he is absolutely wonderful. Mr. Patel goes above and beyond to support a wonderful customer experience. Very professional and understands Chase products, services & processes. We hope that he never decides to leave this location & enjoy working with him. We are always greeted upon entry by someone at this location (which isn't true for all Chase or bank locations). Everyone is friendly and helpful. Eric Cortez is the Branch Manager and he too has been helpful when Mr. Patel has a day off and isn't available.

  I was there 4:40 and they close at 5:00 and they didn’t take care of me they said they gonna close. they have to take customers till 5 they won’t helpful.

  Recently we have transferred out our accounts from another bank to Chase Bank located at 4653 West Higgins Road Hoffman Estates IL, 60192, which is the branch in Popular Prairie stone crossing .Our experience with that branch is highly rewarding and Positive . Our Private Client ,Mehul. H patel , NMLS ID: 820296 is exceptionally, helpful, wonderful, professional ,friendly , polite , Knowledgeable with amazing customer skills. We are very very, very Lucky to have him. Mr. Patel went above and beyond to help us. Chase please let ever leave this Branch.

  This is my most favorite branch by far. Everyone here has been extremely friendly and helpful which was a huge relief since this branch is also super conveniently located for me. The only thing I wish was that they also had safety deposit boxes... but that was not enough of a reason to drop a star.

  Attempted to deposit a small amount of loose change (approximately $25 and mostly quarters) into my checking account. Associate refused to deposit the money into my account because it was “loose change”. Incredibly disappointing service.

  Love this Chase branch. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Daniel greets you at the door and introduces you, by name, to the teller that will be assisting you. I go out of my way to visit this branch.

  People are friendly here and I have been here several times since they've opened. Very convenient location and enough parking spots unlike other Chase banks.

  they stole my money dont trust them they closed my account with no warning and stole all my money i hired a lawyer its a mess
