      I'm so happy I chose this bank !! I can't say enough how much GREAT customer service is!! I have never been in contact with anyone who was not happy to see me and not smiling..they were far from being judgmental when I made a banking error and we're more then happy to help me fix it...!! Keep up the great work!! And a shout out to Christina who was more then willing to help and had the best attitude ever yesterday!! We need more positive people like you in this world!!

      Won't allow me to cash a check that was written to me by one of thier members. Made me wait an hour to even inform me. No customer service what so ever. Masks seem to be optional for employees. This location is a prime example of why you should use a credit union. Worst bankers I have ever dealt with. Won't cash any amount over 2500..... Laughable. I'll take my ten grand in one's please!

      I will never again deal with this bank... The New Phila Branch definitely needs to have something done with the lady behind the counter ..Customer Service is what she lacking... And tried calling a person at the bank at roughly 9:45- 10am and left a voicemail and was told he would be in at 10:30 for his shift and here it is 5pm the same day and haven’t heard nothing outta him either... I will be contacting there corporate office and have this addressed...Hopefully Something will be done ... been dealing with this for way to many weeks !!! 😡😤

      Mckenize Contini, the branch manger, is simply fantastic. She makes transactions easy and pleasant. The vibe at that bank is always positive with all the employees. People seem to enjoy their jobs and take pride in providing superior service to their clients. That seems rare these days. Kudos to the team at the New Phila Chase branch.
