  Whenever I visit that branch, i always see a customer yelling and being rude to the employees for no reason! Yet they always respond to them so professionally. Love that branch and the employees are so nice especially one girl called Rayna or Rana she’s always giving it her all and you can tell she really cares about solving our issues.

  The best cheese on Southfield warren every time I go to Chase I leave happy of how the way 🌹🌹RANA🌹🌹 treat me 😊 very good customer service she’s best and every time I go there she makes me leave with smile in my face😊

  They dont know what they are doing. They give you an 800 number to call and was on the phone for more then 10 minutes and still couldn't get any help.

  Good customer services, the outside location is often trashy, & ATM crowded, BUT . You accomplish your task.

  This is the worse location I have ever been to. I was locked in the security entrance for 4 minutes before they notice to hit the button and let me in. Then the teller attitude was very nast, and they didn't have enough staff there to meet the demand of customers. In don't plan to ever come to this location again! Even though it's on the way to my home! Never again!

  M-H 9-? F 9-6:30 Sat 9-2 Sun: Closed Chase has changed their fees in recent years to the point where they are completely unreasonable for college students. I use to have a personal and business accounts with >$100 worth of checks that they made me purchase. My experience is that big banks have little consideration of the individual, I love my Credit Union!

  Cashed a check for 2400 (deposit for job) came in 3 days later after I finished the project with the balance a check for the same amount,, i was told that they couldn't cash it, I explained that I was just their 3 days earlier with basically the same check and it was cashed,,,,, Charlene woodland came from her desk and was very rude and snappy,,,,so I left went to the fenkell and Southfield branch and they cashed the check with know problems,,,p.s. Charlene what you said about not being able to cash checks like this was wrong thx ,,(acme cement/John doe)

  The Tellers are okay, but customers service is poor compared to other banks. the employees have poor knowledge about the banking services and products
