  Terrible Banking Experience. Writing this review now out of frustration, but the sentiments date back to their opening. Wait for everything. Teller Windows are always closed. You have to flag an employee for all questions. Multiply the number of customers in the facility at any given time and you begin to see the dilemma. This "New Generation" banking model will cause customer migration to other banks. FIX THIS!!

  I came in today to deposit a check while I was waiting two of the guys that work there we’re talking about lunch. They asked me if I ever made teriyaki chicken I said yes and showed them my business page. A heavyset Spanish lady who I assume was the manager then began to tell me I am not allowed to solicit. She was rude as hell completely evasive and out of line. I have been a customer with Chase for years and never experienced the horrible interaction I did today. Previous to me there was a Caucasian UPS guy that came in with Tattoos to pick up some thing and she discriminated against him by telling him she needed to see his ID, AFTER she was already going to retrieve what he came for and she stopped because of how he looked he also looked insulted. She said “I’ve never seen you” She definitely needs to be reprimanded and needs to learn tact. Horrible representation of the company.

  Tellers don't know what they are doing. Everyone it's so rude. But what can you expect from Chase,they don't even have a customer service line here in USA. Everything is done through subcontractors in India.

  Getting ready to change banks... They have 2 ATM'S, 1 in the bank and 1 right outside the bank... If you use another ATM they charge you $2.50 and then on top of that,whatever the atm that you use is another charge, sometimes as much as $6.00 to get your money.... They also charge you for checking how much the other atm is going to charge you..... That's just wrong on every level..

  Got "help" from yenisel after she sipped me to talk to a men if he needed help. When I made a fuss about it then I got help. Waited 30 minutes or more to get paperwork. After e saw my account balance she was eager to help...not everyone come in broke. Take care of everyone equally. You never know who someone is.

  A huge improvement over the old branch on Fletcher. The staff members are helpful and courteous. The seating area is quite comfortable and the place has a modern beautiful look. Altogether a good experience.

  Not my 1st time at this branch, the service is super slow.
