      We got our Chase accounts registered, and the lady who guided us through the process was knowledgeable, entertaining, and patient! It didn’t take as long as I thought and I’m enthusiastic to use their app Zelle to share payments with friends!

      I had the hardest time with the people working at chase bank on Snoqualmie ridge. You will not be able to do any business with them timely. I’m talking about simple business like closing or opening an account. You cannot just walk in and get assistance. And when I asked to speak to a manager a worker there by the name of Melissa (who was extremely uninviting and unfriendly) let me talk to someone by the name of Renee who identified herself as the bank manager initially and when I asked her again what her title was after I noticed that she has no skills with problem solving she stated she is a “lead teller”!! My advice is do not go to this branch. It’s not worth your time. Definitely not recommend.

      Well Horrible experience, If I can give in -ve I will give it. They dint open my checking account in a proper way (Either the person who opened my account did not know how to open for non immigrant or Chase S/W is wrong) and chase bank deduct $72 as tax withholding from my account. I have provided all correct information on very first day with all proofs. Then once i got the withholding I called the customer service they said I need to fill form and contact the branch then everything ll be sought out. I called the branch and the the person said they will take care of it. They asked me to fill some another form and it failed again because they forgot to take signature once more. I went again to fill the form. After few days I again got a letter from Chase that I have a incomplete form, I called the branch and they said come again and we will fill it again. I was like why again and again it's not a rocket science. I called customer care gain and they said they have it and i do not need to send it again (Branch was not even smart enough to do it). Now by god's grace in 2.5 month bank and branch is able to fill my correct forms but they are not going to refund my money which they keep for withholding. Branch is not even taking a responsibility for working on my refund and said they have called the bank and we have a case number, Now you can follow up with them. Really I have keep following up with you and branch for you mess up when you and your system can not do job right at first time. It's not my mistake then why I have to pay for someone else mess up. Customer service it saying that you can hire a tax representative for 2018 tax refund and get your money back from federal government. So now I will spend around 200-300 to get my$72 back...wooooooo winner. This branch has no inexperienced people and bank is also not taking the responsibility. Do anyone know what can I do more and get my money back from bank and branch...... I am going to post this as many place I can and ask people what to do.....This is the only option I have now....

      The place is usually empty and the staff are very helpful. This is a satellite-type branch, so it is unreasonable to expect them to be able to do everything they can do at the 1201 Third Ave branch in Seattle. Be smart; call ahead.

      Sent me a preapproval for a mortgage refi at 2.975% but when I called it was 3.375%. Way better banks out there. In fact all of them.

      Business banker works by appointment only, meaning simple tasks cannot be accomplished the same day even if nobody is in the bank.

      I’ve found some helpful people and some not so helpful and downright unfriendly people in this branch. It’s a 50/50 chance going in and getting good service!
