  I've been a long time private client at this branch and came in to get a document notarized. Spoke to Matthew Salcedo who was the manager and notary that was providing me with his service asked me to have a seat and wait. After waiting for about 15 minutes and noticing that he was not busy, I asked him if he can see me and notarize my paperwork as it would not take more than 2 minutes. He proceeded to tell me that he was waiting for his 'appointment' who was a no show up to that point. I mentioned to him that a long time has passed and it does not make sense to keep me waiting for an appointment who was a no show. He told me that these are orders from the company and there is nothing he could do. After waiting for almost 30 min and his 'appointment' never showing up he finally called me in. Banks are financial institutions as well as businesses who focus on customer service. This is a prime example of bad business, bad customer service, and bad policy!

  I'm pretty sure I was profiled at this location. I was told that my CHASE checks could not be cashed. I drove up the block and had them cashed without issue. I dealt with Kathy and Luigi. I was VERY embarrassed, and they kind of shrugged their shoulders at me. HUMILIATING

  Banker denied to open my bussiness account cuz she had to go to lunch . . Banker was half asleep last time same banker gave me bad service
