Rosine Charles1I made an appointment with this location and made sure I was on time. I received a confirmation the night before to come. Upon arrival, the banker saw me and literally turned the lights off and locked the door. Mind you my appointment was at 10 in the morning. The parking lot was full. This was the absolute nail in the coffin with me. Also, as a business owner this the worse bank.

Esther Kuku1Terrible location. Their atm machine always malfunctions and their representatives are always little to no help and show no sympathy . Avoid this bank if possible. I’ve had 2 instances in which I’ve had to go out my way to resolve the issues myself. It clearly could have been resolved within a matter five minutes, but like i said previous the representatives are little to no help. Even the chase corporate specified that the employees should have easily taken care of the matters.

Their care and compassion was above and beyond what was expected - Rose and Yetty I will be forever grateful for your kindness and empathy. My husband and I are not customers of Chase (in fact he works for another bank), but I will be opening up an account just because of how you treated me today.

Chatori Scott3This is the closest bank to my home. I like a few of the people in there. They are nice. But nice doesn’t always cut it. Almost every single time I try to go the outside atm, it’s not taking deposits, it’s not working, or it can barely read my money! Today is the second time that I went up to the window to make a deposit, instead of the atm, and NOBODY WAS AT OR WOULD COME TO THE WINDOW!! I rang the bell several times, as per the SIGNAGE displayed on the window that says “Ring bell for teller”😑😑 This was at 9:23 a.m.!! Nobody ever came! Another car and I sat there patiently for about 10 minutes. What if I was disabled??? I mean, ridiculous! I was so infuriated that the options that are supposed to open to me, BECAUSE I WAS AT A BUSINESS, (not someone’s basement🙄) were not. I had to go inside which I was not appropriately dressed to do so🤷🏽♀️ Smh furthermore when I get inside, there is one lady in the consulting area and one teller🤦🏽♀️. After I wait for her to greet customers walking in we proceed to the counter and she does the EXACT opposite of what I’m asking her to do! When I correct her she has an attitude about it! And I’m thinking “LADY ARE YOU SERIOUS?! If someone had just come to the window, we would not be having this problem!” Ugh.. I think that today was my last visit to this branch. They do not have professionalism down pack yet... smh they do not. As I said before, nice yes, professional eh not so much... Again, this is not a bash on ALL of the employees, mainly the manager of this location for not ensuring that his business isn’t being run like a McDonald’s who’s always short on staff and out of ice cream EVERY TIME YOU GO THERE. 🤷🏽♀️ That’s all I’m saying. Good luck Chase. Have a BETTER day.👍🏾

Kelvin Lanier1This bank ATM didn't disperse my cash after I swiped my card. After I talk with a representative who told me the transaction was complete and I needed to file a claim. The claim department told me I need to wait maximum of 2 days for them to correct their error. I am without my money, because of them.

Jacob Carter1I have so many problems with this branch. I wish it was not the closer to me. Twice I’ve gone to open a new business account and could not because I don’t have two hours to wait. Why are there 20 cubicle and two people working all of the time?
