  This branch is horrible. Besides the smell in there all the time, in a Spanish community, not a single bilingual rep is available. On a business account with deposits everyday, whenever they feel like asking for an ID they won't even help. Or take your deposit but won't accomodate with change. Just horrible

  I have had my challenges with Chase Bank recently. That said, the team at this branch is friendly, competent, empathetic, and helpful. Miguel helped me finalize an issue that has taken me months. I appreciate their help and efforts very much.

  When you walk into this bank you directed to a machine because this bank doesn't really want anything to do with it client. They replace the person behind the counter with a machine and when you have a question they tell you to call a number or go online to handle your problem. I stopped in the day before Christmas Eve and older gentleman (70-80 years) was very upset because he didn't understand the directions on the machine and did his deposit wrong, the bank worker was extremely rude this man begging for help.

  This bank is horrible. I've had constant issues with money missing from my account and I'm stuck with eating the cost. They never ask for ID to confirm you are who is on the card. Definitely giving chase a bad name.

  VERY difficult to work with. They forced me to come in to verify a check I wrote to one of those customers. Completely unacceptable. Imagine if I had to go to every bank that tried to cash one of my checks. Not even willing to pay me a few for forcing my to come in. Check cleared 1 month ago and they would not release finds to the person I paid unless I came in. Unacceptable.

  Thank god we still have a Chase bank. There is no bank in PHILLY or near place in New Jersey neither. Like a virus explosion in circle based on the central point of Philadelphia and any place within 30 miles the circle uou just could not see the Chase bank. UNBELIEVABLE.

  Closest chase bank for anyone south of new Jersey until west Virginia. Fast ish service. Nice decor inside and complimentary coffee. Private lot outside

  Fantastic customer service! The teller and manager were extremely helpful and very courteous. Would come back to this location again!
