  I love this branch! The tellers and employees know me personally and are very nice and helpful. I appreciate their professionalism and love that I am greeted on a personal level, not having to throw myID at them each time! I even got a phone call to inquire as to our well-being during this pandemic and to notify us of new banking hours. Thank you, Katonah branch!

  My friend Chengmei was assisted by Jim Babakurban at this Chase branch. He worked very hard to help find a solution in a difficult situation. Even though Chase closed my account for no reason, Jim helped recover my money after much frustration. I am grateful to see an employee who truly cares.

  Went on a Saturday. I was surprised to find them open. They were understaffed that afternoon but the one teller was very helpful and I was able to solve an account issue. Much appreciated.

  Got to the drive through window 10 minutes before closing and the teller shuts the lights right in front of me and not helps me out. Very disappointed with this branch
