  Emmanuel Rivera was so helpful and informative. He took his time with me and made me feel welcomed instead of rushed. Great service with a personable smile! I would absolutely recommend him if you need to sit down with a banker. I will absolutely be going back to him in the future!

  These people in this bank are either dumb or they don't like black people. On Monday I came in with a check and needed to cash it. Im a non customer. They told me the check was to large the company has a 2500 cap. Ok so I went back and got the check re-written into two separate checks but smaller amounts. I come back the next day and they keep me there for over one hour saying the signature did not match. Then they ask me for a number to call the company. Then they say the number I gave did not match what was on file. So I said can you call the number you have. They said no one answered. I said what about the other numbers. By then they said they could not cash a check written under their own bank. I left went to a chase bank closer to the job. They explained the situation to the bank clerk and she picked up the phone called the company my boss picked up and I was out in 5mins. Banker says I dont understand why they didn't cash your check everything is right her. I never answered.

  This particular chase branch is the best so far managers and tellers are the best I’m going there for almost 5 years and almost every day they are awesome I give them 5 stars

  Ben is the best Branch Manager around. He made my banking experience easy and enjoyable.

  They NEVER answer the phone. I have to call in change orders for a local business and I always have to call like 50+ times to talk to someone today I've been calling for 2 hours now and still no answer...

  As we approach 2020, maybe CHASE can get up to speed with indoor ATM's at this slow service bank.
