  I usually use the Atm but when I go inside I get helped fairly quickly. There is only two teller but it moves fairly consistent I believe. There used to be another location across the street but I they closed it down and I think they just focused more on this branch.

  On 1/21/17 at approximately 12:10 pm I used the ATM machine (the one near the window) I withdrew cash which was part of a scam. Apparently my debit card was scanned at that Chase bank in Copiague My checking account is in another bank and later that day cash was taken out of my checking account from a Capital One ATM machine in NYC I had trouble with that ATM at Chase but didn't think anything of it I had not used my debit card in 6 weeks since 1/21/17 BE CAREFUL

  Poorly trained staff... always a challenge dealing with them
